About

As the oldest continuously operating community college in Washington State, Centralia College is widely recognized for offering an affordable, supportive pathway to both transfer-ready associate degrees and select career-focused bachelor’s degrees. The college is particularly renowned for its premier programs in nursing, diesel technology, teacher education, and business, which provide hands-on training closely aligned with regional workforce needs. On campus, students enjoy a close-knit, welcoming community enriched by Blazer athletics, active student clubs, and the unique benefit of on-campus apartment housing, which is a rare amenity for a two-year institution. This combination of university-style housing and personalized, small-class instruction makes Centralia an ideal, high-value choice for students seeking a community-centered education.
